This Outpatient Employee Health RN role is built for someone who wants to take ownership of a program and shape how employee health is delivered across multiple rural facilities. This includes onboarding, injury management, and building a return-to-work program that does not exist today. This is a hands-on role with real influence on employee experience and safety. What You Will Do: Lead Employee Onboarding: - Manage clinical onboarding requirements for new hires - Partner with HR to support a smooth onboarding experience - Serve as a consistent point of contact for new employees - Help improve onboarding based on employee feedback Standardize Workplace Injury Management: - Oversee employee injury processes across all sites - Create consistent workflows and documentation - Move from site-specific handling to a regional approach Build a Return-to-Work Program:...
