Examples of successful experiences are as follows: Instructing children, teens, and parents in developing appropriate expectations of each other, relationships, and appropriate interactions in an educational setting. - Experience working with individuals that may be reluctant to participate in a self-improvement program (examples: alcoholics, prisoners, welfare recipients in a mandated job-finding class). - Fluency in English (speaking, reading and writing).
