PRIMARY PURPOSE: Oversee daily operations of retail, guest services, transportation, spa, and pool/fitness area. All duties are to be performed following the department and company’s policies, practices, and procedures. Position: Salaried / Full-Time: Location: Gold Strike Casino SCHEDULE: SUPERVISION: - Oversees daily operation and supervision of retail, guest service, spa and pool/fitness area. - Oversees pool and fitness room to ensure prompt service to customers; plans short- and long-term goals of the store operations, work scheduling, maintenance of inventory levels and workflow. - Monitors the departments’ operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and hygiene standards; ensures all Mississippi Department of Massage Therapist are adhered to; ensures compliance with all code requirements for employee certifications, permits, and licenses; oversees the overall maintenance and repair of all equipment. - Manages and oversees the departments’ fiscal budgets, constantly monitoring sales and services, while controlling labor and other costs to maximize profitability. - Manages the human resources responsibilities for the department to include hiring/firing, tra...
