Robot Programmer Shift: Tuesday-Friday 5:30am-3:30pm: Starting Pay: $22+/hr We’re seeking a skilled Robot Programmer to develop and optimize robotic programs for metal forming applications using proprietary software. This role supports automation efforts that improve production efficiency and precision. Key Responsibilities: - Program and optimize robotic systems for metal forming. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project requirements. - Test, validate, and troubleshoot robotic systems to ensure accuracy and minimize downtime. - Document programming changes and provide training/support to production staff. - Stay current on robotics, automation, and metal forming advancements. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering preferred. - Experience programming robots in manufacturing, ideally in metal forming. - Strong understanding of robotics, sensors, and automation principles. - Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork. - CAD/CAM experience and knowledge of welding/machining are a plus.
