Job description

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining basic electrical, power distribution and electromechanical systems, basic process and machine controls, pumps, mechanical equipment, advanced pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and conveying systems. Use blueprints and diagrams to verify that all equipment is operating within required specifications and tolerances. May perform periodic testing and inspections, troubleshooting and repairs. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Independently troubleshoot reported problems; repair and maintain electrical, power distribution and electromechanical systems, PLC, process and machine controls, pumps and mechanical equipment pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and conveying systems; including installing and maintaining basic AC and DC controls, lighting, electrical systems using blueprints and schematic drawings to ensure equipment is performing safely to required specifications - Identify root cause of complex/difficult mechanical and electrical issues and repair using welding, fabrica...
