The Lead Caesars Rewards Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to mid- and high-tier guests. This role provides personalized assistance by sharing information about comp limits, exclusive services, premium amenities, and special player events, ensuring outstanding guest experience. Oversees Caesars Rewards operations: Coordinates staff activities, ensures floor and center coverage, and maintains a clean, well-stocked work area. Leads and supports the team: Instructs, directs, coaches, and assists with hiring and training of personnel. Handles guest interactions: Resolves customer complaints, promotes Caesars Rewards, and issues rewards cards. Maintains data and security standards: Ensures database integrity, protects customer rewards and credit lines, and handles sensitive materials confidentially. Manages reporting and communication: Completes required reports and maintains interdepartmental program communication. Supports additional duties: Assists with special projects and other Caesars Rewards tasks as requested by management.
