Job Description: Technical skills required: Experience of 3 years in a position with programming on-board space software Professional experience programming in C/C++: Fluent level of English, oral and written A vacancy for an Application Software developer (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Madrid. You will join the Avionics Engineering team in Spain (TSEAE) to work on the development of on-board software for Satellites. You will start working in the devlopment of flight software of the PAZ2 instrument. PAZ2 mission is the flagship of Spanish EO program. It is a radar satellite covering as never done before wide swath with high resolution images. You will benefit of being part of a multidisciplinary team in Madrid covergin all functional avionics disciplines. Description of the job: You will be in charge of developing and validating the software modules within an international team. A period of some months at the beginning will require a collocation in Friedrischafen (Germany) working with Airbus colleagues.
