We currently have an opportunity for an Application Support Analyst. Join our technology hub team and play a key role in providing level 2 support for critical business IT applications and systems in an ITIL environment. Reporting to Application Support Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: - Ensure Business Technology applications are supported and maintained. - Co-ordinate updates to applications, including scheduling outages as required in compliance with ITSM processes. - Provide second-level support and administration for enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform. - Support the business with application configuration, training, and documentation. - Oversee Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Management etc. through ServiceNow. - Provide customer service levels as required in the Services Specification KPIs.
