Having the ability to organize quality improvement activities with a Lean-style problem/resolution approach; staff development opportunities and mentoring new students/staff; assisting in the guidance of professional and clinical improvements; facilitating career ladder and clinical setting advancements; continuing education opportunities and product analysis; and other tasks that contribute to high-quality, safe, and effective patient care; such as supporting Doctors, Nurses and Clinical Professionals through direct interventions and learning opportunities.
