ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned. Financial: - Develop and maintain systems and procedures for evaluating financial activities. - Manage audit schedule for financial and 401(k) data and provide third party with details. - Prepare reports that summarize and forecast business activity and financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past and present. - Determine depreciation rates to apply to capitol assets. - Manage 401(k) and profit-sharing programs. - Manage expense account program. - Manage data and report as required by regulatory agencies. - Manage accounts payables. Review data for accuracy, correct data if necessary and post records. Create checks and manage payment to vendors. - Manage accounts receivable. Review data for accuracy, correct data if necessary and post records. Reconcile bank statements to general ledger. - Review inventory transactions daily for items that look unusual.
