Join our journey of being a much loved, social & inclusive brand and contribute to our success by performing these core activities: - Support the 3rd Party Logistics Manager in the day-to-day management of the inhouse 3PL - Order management from Allocation to 3PL - Creating and acting upon Reports and Dashboards - First contact for the 3PL and supporting in resolving issues and challenges The role will include the following processes: - Managing the daily order flow generated by internal departments towards the 3PL - Follow-up on daily activities to ensure timely completion by 3PL - Daily alignment with 3PL on open workload and priorities - Coordinating Vendor quality management for deliveries - First point of contact within Hunkemoller for logistical activities - Following up on issues raised by Vendors and 3PL - Daily alignment on forecasting - Creating daily reports to show progress and identify point of attention - Working together with the supply chain project coordinator on constantly improving the processes within the supply chain - Close collaboration with the Hunkemoller Merchandise and Wholesale teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods to all Hunkemoller stores and custom...
