Benefits: About the Role: Join Stillwater Building Center as an Installation Helper, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and quality installations. If you’re eager to learn and grow in the construction industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This position will work in a team of installers, both for remodel and new construction homes. A typical day would consist of checking that all the products needed are loaded on the trailer, grabbing anything that was missed, or extra. You would then head to the job site, sometimes Stillwater, OKC, or Tulsa, to get to the first job of the day. Once your at the job you will start checking the openings are correct for the windows and doors, and then start getting the openings ready for the installs. You will be working with a lead guy that will teach you and show you how to do each aspect of the install. Once the job is complete you will note on a tablet any issues, problems, or if it's totally complete, and then take pictures. After this it may be to the next install, or back to the shop.
