Senior Architect - Federal Market

Job description

The Opportunity RS&H is currently seeking an experienced licensed architect to join our team. This position will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote. As part of the Buildings team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by defining structural or project elements and processes to meet client needs; participating in and coordinating estimates and proposal/bid preparations; ensuring performance to contracts through shared planning and monitoring of work orders and deliverables with engineering, construction, and other disciplines; planning and developing architectural projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities; participating in the conceptual design and providing full support through the entire project; coordinating with project management, other architects, and leadership on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies; promoting and maintaining client relationships through all project phases and serving as a firm ambassador in helping to win new work; developing and representing lead technical viewpoint on projects and serving as a SME on specialized systems; reviewing junior staff's work for technical accuracy and provid...
