Job Description HSE Business Partner: Solihull: 37 hours per week (Permanent) On Site: Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced HSE Business Partner to join the team in Solihull. This is an on-site role (5 days per week) at our Solihull site, Birmingham Business Park. What you will be doing: In this role you will Lead HS&E locally in support of the Business priorities and based on a sound understanding of the local HS&E performance and risk profile. Coach managers in effective HS&E leadership and implementation. Be the principal HS&E point of contact for your assigned responsibilities and accountabilities. Deliver on agreed improvement plans and be proactive in seeking out emerging issues. Identify and promote good practice. Work collaboratively with Business HS&E and the wider HS&E function, to build a sense of team, and alignment to business and functional strategies. Risk Management: Maintain good risk management, including up to date local risk profiles, to keep management informed and drive prioritised improvement actions.
