Overview University of Utah Health is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Transfer Specialist to join our dynamic team! The Transfer Specialist is part of the Talent Acquisition internal mobility team, and supports a high-volume of job changes, internal job transfers, and promotions. Learn more about our Talent Acquisition Team here: Meet our TA Team Transfer Specialist responsibilities include delivery of recruitment services specific to job postings and offers for employees internal to UUHC. This position manages the internal posting process, including minimum posting durations, policy requirements, and best practices, as related to internal employee consideration guidelines. The Transfer Specialist is responsible for auditing and posting job postings, working directly with Hiring Manager to review and follow up with internal employee applications, and determine which point the internal candidate pool is not sufficient and may need to be escalated to an external search.
