SUMMARY: At Magnolia, the Retail Sales Associate is responsible for being a Magnolia ambassador and providing our guests with exceptional retail service. The Retail Sales Associate connects with guests in genuine and authentic ways, and shares information about the products. Th is position shares sales and promotions with guests aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. The Retail Sales Associate possesses the attention to detail necessary to ensure that the floor is fully stocked in a way that represents merchandising standards, knows how to identify guests’ needs and design ideas, and can help bring them to life. This position works from the Magnolia Silos Grounds in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Assistant Store Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities .
