What you would do: - Draft correspondence including pleadings, discover, motions, orders, and notices. - Schedule and maintain case calendars - Research complex issues using Westlaw or Lexis Nexis. - Investigate legal matters including fact check, witness interviews and summarization - Manage document production and trial prep including notebooks, exhibits and case law cite checks. - File pleadings, motions, and through ECF or conventionally in the county courts - Review and summarize depositions, medical records, and other documents. - Manages, oversees and prepares large document productions (several thousand pages) - Sorts, indexes, categorizes, orders, manipulates and organize the documents/data including summarizing medical records, deposition transcripts, and d...
