This role provides direct, hands-on care and support to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility within the Veterans Care Center. This role assists residents with activities of daily living, promotes comfort and safety, and supports the nursing team by observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions. Shift Schedule 7:00am-3:00pm- 2-3 days a week and every other weekend.
