Line cook position Capital City Club Brookhaven's Culinary Department is looking to hire an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team-focused individual for our Pool Kitchen. This is a Full-time position. The position includes health vision, life, dental insurance, 401(k) with a company match, hot meals, and uniforms. Essential Functions: - Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines. - Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. - Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. - Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift. - Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills. - Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station. - Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas. - Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chef or Sous Chefs.
