The role of a Claims Advisor is to actively monitor credit hire and repair claims and ensure they are efficiently dealt with. To also undertake a variety of tasks to support the members of the team working on credit hire files. Benefits: - 25 Days Holiday (increases with service; buy/sell 3 days - Simply Health Care Cash Plan - Tech Scheme - Gym Flex Key Accountabilities: - Contacting organisations by telephone to ensure matters are progressing correctly - Questioning repair and hire periods as appropriate with a view to reducing overall hire days - Dealing with queries from other parties - Managing a diary to effectively deal with all matters in a timely fashion - Update Tracker by diarising records, court dates, directions, applications and orders as well as general activity, ensuring accurate recording of activity to allow progress tracking - Liaising with Courts, Counsel, Opponents, Experts, Witnesses, Insureds and brokers to progress the case.
