VIE, Business Analyst - LATAM

Job description

Position Overview As a Business Analyst, you will support the LATAM region by delivering data-driven insights to enhance retail performance and operational excellence. You will work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Planning teams to consolidate and analyze data, enabling informed decision-making and supporting strategic initiatives across the region. Key Accountabilities: Retail Performance & Business Insights - Analyze store performance across sales, KPIs, and client development metrics to identify trends and opportunities. - Build and maintain regular reporting and dashboards to support Retail leaders in performance tracking. - Partner with Finance and HR to support FTE planning, productivity analysis, and resource optimization. - Partner with Client Development Manager on CRM analytics. - Provide actionable recommendations to improve store performance and client experience. - Support training initiatives by identifying performance gaps and areas for development.
