Senior Avionics Engineer (m/f/d) - Power System

Job description

Mission Brief You will be an integral part of the Avionics department, specifically the Avionics Power Systems team, responsible for the on-board energy storage systems and power distribution of the vehicle. You will take ownership of the power system for the next vehicle iteration which will include developing, integrating and testing of the new Power Distribution Unit. You will own the lifecycle of it, manage associated interfaces and ensure delivery on time, budget and scope. Interdisciplinary tasks and fast paced R&D are your daily business, and you thrive in that kind of environment. When Spectrum launches, you will be the person that ensured robust power supply of the vehicle. Your Role in Our Space Mission - Be the product owner of the Power System for the next iteration of Spectrum consisting Power Distribution Unit, Batteries and Ground interfaces - Develop and own the all-new high reliability Power Distribution Unit, planned for the new vehicle iteration. - Take on Power Distribution Unit Owner tasks including design, qualification & acceptance testing, as well as integration and return analysis. - Own all interfaces of your product across its lifecycle, from design to ma...
