Job description

This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals. In this role, you'll: be working as part of a team delivering data literacy uplift, stakeholder engagement, and capability development across the Safety, Policy, Environment and Regulation (SPER) division. You will combine strong data analytics understanding with L&D/ Training expertise to design and deliver targeted training programs, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and empower teams to confidently use self‑service analytics tools and data products. You will build, deliver and continuously improve training, engagement approaches, and capability interventions that drive self‑service analytics adoption, improved productivity, and evidence‑based decision‑making in a diverse, multi‑stakeholder environment with varying levels of data literacy and technical confidence.
