We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. 27.00 per hour Job Summary: The Critical Support Technician role acts in a “floater” capacity, supporting multiple labs and locations as assigned by the Account Director(s). The position is designed to provide critical support across multiple client locations as directed by current business need. The Critical Support Technician will be assigned over multiple sites (IE – To cover open positions, employee time off, vacation coverages, and emergency coverages) and as such, working hours and schedules may be changed and/or augmented as needed. Job Description Essential Functions: Have strong communication skills internal and external via text, email, telephone, and face to face. Respond to daily Client/Tenant requests and internal company requests in a timely, professional manner. Keep areas around buildings clean (laboratory space, property grounds, halls, loading docks, etc.). Receive/ship packages and reconcile packing slips- understanding temperature sensitivity.
