Therapist Assertive Community Treatment Department: ACT: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Lebanon - Lynn Street: Reporting To: Lindsay Poletti: Compensation: $37.49 - $40.49 / hour Description: Empower individuals to achieve stability and wellness through person-centered, community-based care. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with on-call aspects. As an ACT Therapist, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive, wraparound behavioral health support. You’ll work directly with clients in their communities and homes, helping them build skills, manage symptoms, and achieve their recovery goals. This role combines clinical expertise with hands-on engagement, ensuring that each person receives the support they need where and when it’s needed most. About ACT/ACT TAY/STEPS: ACT (Assertive Community Treatment)/ACT TAY (Assertive Community Treatment for Transitional-Aged Youth)/STEPS (Shape, Teach, Evolve, Prepare, Support) programs are a way of providing many types of service to people with chronic mental health disorders.
