***This position will require 30-50% travel*** Preferred Qualifications: - Engineering degree in a related field with strong supply chain process engineering experience - Proficiency with SAP WMS and advanced Excel skills to analyze data and optimize warehouse processes - Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives within warehouse, logistics, and distribution environments - Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies - Demonstrated success managing complex improvement projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels - Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions Job Summary: Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to business processes that improve distribution center performance. Executes improvement initiatives that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost.
