Your role: This role centers on coordinating incidents, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. It requires strong French skills, service management experience, and the ability to lead technical restoration meetings. Key tasks include monitoring incident progress, prioritizing by business impact, maintaining service levels, and producing major incident communications. Your tasks: - Monitoring and managing the progress of incidents of internal teams and external teams as required; - Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business; - Monitor resolver queues and escalate when incidents are not being resolved within service levels; - Provide incident reporting as needed; - Production and maintenance of the Major Incident communication.
