Easterseals PORT Health, a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia is seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated fulltime Residential Regional Manager to lead a team of caregivers across multiple group homes in your assigned region that provides care for individuals living with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. What You’ll Do: As a Residential Regional Manager (RM) for Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), you will provide supervision and oversight of the team in your assigned region of Residential Group Homes. Hiring, training and development, supervision and monitoring, compliance over staff and individuals served are essential components of this role. The RM ensures quality services for home residents and collaborates with MCO’s on requirements. The RM does travel monthly to each of the 10 group homes in their region and additionally as needed; this position does provide afterhours/weekend on-call support. Hours: 40hr work week with flexibility to meet program needs to include evenings and weekends.
