Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Area Retail Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our products are visually appealing, correctly stocked, and accessible to customers across retail locations. This role involves executing visual merchandising plans, monitoring inventory levels, and engaging with store staff to optimize product placement and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and brand presence in-store. Set up new product displays and promotional materials in line with company guidelines. Restock shelves to ensure optimum inventory levels and avoid out-of-stock situations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of displays, shelves, and promotional areas. Monitor and report on competitor activity (publicly visible), product trends, and store feedback. Liaise with store management and staff to confirm placement and promotional compliance.
