THE ROLE: The Vice President of Business Intelligence plays a critical leadership role in building, scaling, and operationalizing TEAM Services Group’s enterprise business intelligence strategy. This role partners closely with and reports to the SVP Finance. This individual will lead two distinct teams: Brand Business Intelligence, which consists of a Sr. Manager of BI and analysts, and Corporate Business Intelligence, which consists of a Manager of BI and analysts. This position operates at both the strategic and execution levels—leading analytics initiatives, advising senior leaders, and ensuring data systems, reporting, and insights directly support operational and financial decision-making across the TEAM Services Group portfolio.
