Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Knowledge Management Support Tool (KMST) Technician to provide onsite operational and technical support for a custom enterprise knowledge management platform supporting mission operations across multiple directorates. The KMST Technician ensures system availability, data integrity, and user accessibility by performing day-to-day administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role supports collaborative information sharing, document control, and data governance across a secure IT enterprise.
