Description 6:00am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Safe operation of laser, press brake/turret machine and various other tools used to complete project - Create quality and accurate cuts/bends/folds according to blueprints. - Inspect work for accuracy. - Follow and enforce all CDI safety rules and regulations - Ensure equipment is properly set-up & used in a safe manner & that all safety devices are in use. - Operate forklift, if required and certified. - Performs inspections on product before, during, and after the build following CDI’s standards. - Monitor functionality of equipment and tools and request maintenance when required. - Perform basic and preventative maintenance and repair as required. - Effectively communicate with supervisors & other production staff to coordinate work schedules - Other duties as assigned.
