Job Title Facilities Manager Job Description Summary As a Facilities Manager on this account, you will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple sites, ensuring the delivery of both hard and soft services to meet contractual, compliance, and safety standards. This role involves managing the reactive, corrective and planned preventative maintenance, coordinating contractors, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will also on occasion, travel to the sites throughout your designated region to conduct inspections, build rapport with local teams, and ensure consistent service delivery across all facilities. Job Description Responsibilities: Manage the day to day operations across multiple facilities, including both hard and soft services. Hard services include but are not limited to general building maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Soft services include cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, security, pest control and the like.
