Overview Salary Range: $152,501-$256,286: Position Summary: The PMO Director is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives within YLA. This position bridges strategic vision and execution by optimizing resources, driving company transformation and ensuring investments align with business priorities to deliver maximum business value. The PMO Director ensures that the work of the PMO adds value, is relevant to the strategy of the organization, and meets the goals set for the PMO by executive management Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a portfolio(s) of projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with strategy and enabling maximum delivery of value and benefits. - Serve as the primary liaison and communicator for key executive sponsors and stakeholders.
