JOB OVERVIEW: The selected candidate will oversee the full scope of back-office operations while also providing cross-coverage support for front-office and select clinical functions. This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong expertise in orthopedic billing, coding, and revenue cycle management, as well as the ability to manage day-to-day administrative and financial operations efficiently.
