Job Description The office of Zoe Royer, Member of Parliament for Port Moody-Coquitlam is seeking a full-time Caseworker. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for constituents seeking support on matters related to immigration, the Canada Revenue Agency, Service Canada, and other federal government departments, providing guidance in person, by phone, and in writing. You will communicate directly with government departments and agencies on behalf of constituents, following up on files, gathering information, and working toward timely resolutions. You’ll manage case files with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, sound judgment, and attention to deadlines, while keeping constituents informed with professionalism, empathy, and care throughout the process. You will also develop and maintain tracking systems to monitor requests and case progress, and respond to inquiries in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
