Access Mining is expanding our Safety and Training Team at our underground gold mining project in Western Australia. The Role: As our Safety and Training Coordinator, you will take ownership of health, safety and training requirements across the underground operation. You will be the central point of expertise – setting the standard, building capability and ensuring every person goes home safely. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing safety and training strategies that support underground operations and maintenance - Managing workplace training, assessments and all associated records - Administering WHS and training databases — fully paperless systems - Leading incident investigations with a focus on genuine organisational learning - Managing the employee injury management process and return-to-work plans - Coordinating inductions, Zero Harm meetings and site training programs - Conducting inspections, observations and audits to drive continuous improvement About You: You are an experienced safety and training professional who brings both the qualifications and the practical credibility to operate effectively in an underground mining environment.
