Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in the manufacturing or hardware product development environment (e.g., robotics, aerospace, or automotive). Preferred qualifications: - Experience with multi-axis actuators, strain wave gears (harmonic drives), and complex wire harnesses. - Experience using CANalyzer, Wireshark, logic analyzers, and custom Python-based diagnostic scripts. - Ability to create visual SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and training modules for non-technical or junior audiences. - Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet in a lab or field environment.
