Job Summary: Under direction of HR Leader, responsible for performing a variety of HR functions which may include: benefit administration, recruiting/staffing, employee relations, implementation of policies and procedures, training, HRIS support and employee communications. May take on assignments from various areas of Human Resources, such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, on and off-boarding, training, etc. May research and resolve employee problems and questions. Updates and maintains the HRIS systems. May respond to outside queries from vendors, and companies verifying employment under the direction of HR management. Performs administrative or support tasks in functional area. Provides support to employee recognition and morale activities and programs. In addition, general administrative support includes assisting staff, managers, and functional departments with their administrative needs and requirements.
