Salary: $61,500 with $6,500 bonus potential DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY: Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, optimize procurement and sourcing processes, and drive cost savings while minimizing supply chain risk. Partner cross-functionally with Research & Development (R&D), Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to support product development, supplier onboarding, regulatory compliance, and successful domestic and international product launches. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: •Partner with sourcing leadership team to manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending •Develop and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers, domestically and internationally •Create metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier effectiveness to generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies •Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure •Create negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals •Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency •Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers •Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking •Estimate risks and apply risk m...
