Job Description Position Summary: The Training Senior Manager, GxP Operations Support will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for small molecule internal manufacturing and testing that align with the Vertex Manufacturing Center’s strategic goals. This role will collaborate with cross-functional departments and ensure the development and delivery of high-quality training solutions that enhance employee performance and organizational success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic training plan that supports organizational goals and employee development. Design and deliver innovative training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training. Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions. Leverage existing and implement new electronic based training solutions Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
