What You'll Be Doing: - Perform quality control tests on aggregate products to ensure compliance with specifications. - Accurately weigh and ticket trucks entering and leaving the facility. - Maintain clear documentation of test results, material weights, and daily records. - Support daily production needs by monitoring product quality and communicating any variances. - Promote and follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. What Are We Looking For: - Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and follow standardized testing procedures. - Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy in recordkeeping and documentation. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with plant, quality, and dispatch teams. - Capability to learn and operate weighing systems, lab equipment, and related tools.
