About the Role The Planning & Scheduling Engineer II is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules across full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation) project lifecycles. This role supports both onshore and offshore projects and may lead planning activities for small-scale engineering scopes. This position plays a key role in ensuring project timelines are achievable, risks are mitigated, and project performance is accurately tracked and reported. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with execution strategies - Define project timelines, resource requirements, and critical paths - Establish planning and scheduling systems, including methods, procedures, and reporting tools - Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions - Support schedule baseline approvals, milestone tracking, and progress validation with clients - Conduct forecasting to ensure reliability of project timelines - Perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and track key performance indicators (KPIs) - Assess schedule impacts from changes and support Extension of Time (EOT) analysis - Optimize resource allocation...
