Key responsibilities include: - Primary support for inside sales / projects team and customer point of contact for execution on all key equipment projects as defined by the Equipment Directors - Utilizes the Rental Dashboard to follow up on New, Used and Rental quotes - Supports the sales team in equipment proposals for bid opportunities - Assist Equipment Director with problem solving and mitigation as necessary, including communication with sales team and customer to facilitate desired outcome - Management and oversight of all rental credits submitted to the department.
