VP Area: Nursing School Department: Nursing School: FLSA Status: Exempt: Benefit Eligibility: Yes: Position Summary: Kramer School of Nursing invites applications for one nine-month, clinical instructor or assistant professor of nursing position beginning in fall 2026. The rank will depend upon the qualifications of the finalists. Minimum Qualifications: Both clinical and teaching experience are preferred, but related professional credentials will be considered. Preferred Qualifications: - Active, unencumbered Oklahoma RN license or multi-state compact required - MSN required, terminal degree preferred. - At least two (2) years of nursing practice experience required. Job Duties: Teaching, Scholarship, and Service Requirement Other duties as assigned. - Prepare and conduct courses in conformity with objectives of the university, Kramer School of Nursing, and approving accrediting agencies. - Evaluate student learning, skills, and abilities; and maintain records of such evaluations. - Engage in scholarship that supports Kramer School of Nursing’s mission. - Serve as a resource person in areas of expertise and to other faculty and personnel of the community. - Act as advisor to nursi...
