Job description
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the maintenance tech is responsible for completing assigned maintenance projects, as well as daily maintenance tasks for the Easton Branch. He/she has a direct effect on the efficient operation of the branch programs. This person will provide a healthy, safe and clean environment. He/she will reflect and display the values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. Qualifications: - High school graduate - Knowledge of basic maintenance requirements - Able to lift 50 pounds - Able to do three flights of stairs - Must be able to walk, stand, bend and stoop - Shoveling to accommodate needs
