Test Engineer (Hardware Production)

Job description

The Test & Measurement (T&M) Test Engineering team designs, assembles, and validates test solutions to be used in T&M Manufacturing facilities to test T&M products at various stages of their assembly process. We are seeking a Test Engineer who will design these automated test systems. IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: WHO YOU ARE: You stay on Top of new communication technologies. You partner with others to get work done. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks - Designing or revising custom printed circuit boards to be used in a test fixture - Developing production test code for the next generation of NI products - Qualifying instruments for use in a Test application to be deployed to Manufacturing - Analyzing production test data to look for trends that indicate the health of the product and/or test solution FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED: - BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science - 5+ years of experience in Production Test Engineering or related Engineering field - Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role - Authorized to work in...
