Site Supervisor Location: Wilton, CT: Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Wilton, CT site. This role is responsible for ensuring staff performance, site safety, and adherence to company and client standards during second-shift operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred. - Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations. - Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with empl...
