Overview NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filed with the Department of Labor.
