As we scale, we are hiring a Financial Planning & Accounting Associate to strengthen the financial infrastructure that supports controlled, high-quality growth. This role owns core accounting, finance operations, tax coordination, and benefits administration. You will build and refine processes that ensure accuracy, transparency, and scalability, partnering closely with senior leadership. What You’ll Do: Accounting & Bookkeeping: - Own day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and bookkeeping - Oversee monthly close processes with speed, accuracy, and clean documentation - Reconcile bank accounts, corporate cards, and financial records in QuickBooks - Maintain audit-ready records and strengthen internal controls Financial Planning & Operations: - Build and formalize scalable accounting processes and documentation - Improve workflows, controls, and reporting as the firm grows - Support budgeting, fo...
